Silverwells House Bedrooms - Andrea Room

The Andrea Room is situated on the second floor or attic. The room had a king size bed, leather top desk and the usual furniture. Colour TV; tea/coffee making facilities; telephone and ample storage space makes the room ideal for longer stays.
The view from the south facing window is of Hamilton and down towards Tinto Hill, 35 miles away. The view from the west facing window is towards East Kilbride and over the gardens adjacent to us across Rumbold's Acre.

The bedroom was often used by honeymoon couples.
The bedroom has full central heating controlled from the room.
The room is named after Andrea Strachan who designed the interior of the room and designed the bathroom. Andrea is a past President of the Students Union at St Martins University College in Lancaster.

The en-suite bathroom is a good size and boasts a white roll-top bath on gold claw feet, with hand shower fitting and taps in gold. An antique style wash hand basin and toilet pan complements the effect. The large tiles on the floors and walls add to the effect.

All of the furniture is available for sale
